PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: ST. PAUL'S, DEPTFORD
As Community Development and Project Officer the role developed and implemented measures to avoid reduced spiritual and commercial usage of St. Paul's Church during construction at the Deptford Church Street site and into the future.

In consultation with the PCC developed effective measures to enhance and develop the Grade I listed church during Tideway Tunnel construction works.

Fundraising initiatives and proposal developed for a NHLF crypt redevelopment.

Consulted with local community groups and audience development.

Partnership building with local groups and initiatives through producing interpretive church material (leaflet, postcards, social media).

Implemented measures for the future sustainability of the church entrance and garden with Lewisham Council improvement works including paving, artist-designed railings for the tomb, new noticeboard, tree works and engraved text on the pavement.
